Cancellations: We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment or failure to show up will result in full charge of the service cost.

Late Arrival Policy: We allow a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive later than this, we may need to shorten your service.
